Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Operatorzz platform ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The platform

Operatorzz is a marketplace operated by CloudOpsWorld SRL, a company registered in Romania, that connects clients seeking services with independent service providers ("Operators"). Operatorzz facilitates discovery, booking, and payment but is not a party to the service agreement between a client and an Operator.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Operatorzz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Operator obligations

• Operators must complete identity verification before their listings go live.
• Service descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
• Operators are solely responsible for the quality and safety of services they deliver.
• Operators must hold all licences, certifications, and insurance required by applicable law.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making or receiving a payment you agree to Stripe's terms. Operatorzz charges a platform fee of 10% on each completed booking, deducted from the amount paid to the Operator. The applicable fee is displayed at checkout before any payment is confirmed. Operatorzz may update the fee schedule with prior notice; changes do not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.

Intellectual property

All platform content, trademarks, and software are the property of Operatorzz or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operatorzz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from services provided by Operators.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Service falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania. EU-resident consumers retain all mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights of their country of residence, and may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, regardless of this clause.
